Lisa is a graduate of William & Mary and Suffolk University Law School. She was admitted to practice in 1998 and is a member in good standing of the Massachusetts bar. Lisa has extensive corporate law experience working as both in-house counsel for a public consumer goods company as well as an associate for two corporate law firms. Lisa has counseled businesses on all aspects of their operations, including but not limited to contract negotiations, entity formation, intellectual property concerns, employment issues, data privacy compliance and general corporate matters.
Lisa lives on the North Shore of Massachusetts with her husband and two children, appreciating the beauty of the North Shore as both a runner and an equestrian. In addition to her recreational pursuits, Lisa balances her working time by enjoying annual vacations to Florida and Lake Winnpesaukee with her extended family.
