Lisa has counseled businesses on all aspects of their operations, including but not limited to contract negotiations, labor and employment issues, intellectual property concerns, data privacy compliance and general corporate matters. Lisa lives on the North Shore of Massachusetts with her husband and two children, appreciating the beauty of the North Shore as both a runner and an equestrian.
